Queen Elizabeth’s Corgis Gather To Bid Farewell To Their Owner

Queen Elizabeth II’s Corgis, Muick and Sandy, were seen awaiting Her Majesty’s arrival at Windsor Castle to bid farewell to their owner and best friend. On September 19, the Queen’s coffin arrived for the committal service at St. George’s chapel as the dogs looked on in a bittersweet scene.

It was revealed the Corgis have been receiving care from Prince Andrew and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, ever since the Queen’s death. Prince William also reassured mourners by saying, “They are two very friendly Corgis, so they’ve got a good home. They’ll be looked after very well. Spoiled rotten, I’m sure.”
