Diesel, a 7-year-old Belgian Shepherd, made the ultimate sacrifice on November 18th.
French special forces entered an apartment in Saint-Denis, France, where the man behind the terrorist attacks was thought to be hiding.
Moments later, a female suicide bomber detonated her explosives killing Diesel and wounding five cops.
Tributes around the world have been made to honor Diesel and the sacrifice he made for his fellow officers. The hashtag #Jesuisunchien (“I’m a dog”) is being used for tributes like the picture below.
