Sami Gros and her friend were out riding horses one night with typical reflective and safety gear, but it wasn’t enough. A car hit her friend and horse, sending her into a search for a better product. When one wasn’t found, she came up with her own idea: Tail Lights.
She was inspired to make something more effective than a simple reflective piece. Then she got the idea…
Tail Lights! The idea quickly caught on with police departments and long distance horseback riders.
The invention is simply LED lights and lightweight materials that attach to a horse’s tail for the ultimate safety.
Not to mention how beautiful they look! What a great idea. 🙂
